Do you want to use your miles for a quick getaway Hong Kong? I have the tools and expertise to check award availability in real-time without spending hours on the phone with an airline agent in Bangalore. Can your assistant do that?
Do you need the absolute cheapest fare? I’ll find it. How about the cheapest upgradeable fare with a check of upgrade availability before you book? No problem. Hotel in Kowloon with a view? Peninsula or W. Best Indian restaurant in the city? It’s in Wan Chai.
Booking
Based on your needs, I will prepare a suggested itinerary, and use my extensive resources and experience to get you maximum value for each travel dollar. After booking I’ll secure the best available seats for you, because who wants to fly in the middle all the way to Sydney? And your upgrade, Mr. Executive Platinum? If I can’t get it confirmed at the time of booking I’ll make sure you’re on the waiting list, and will keep checking until it clears.
Mid-trip support
If you’re anything like me, your plans change all the time, and usually when you're ten time zones away and can’t seem to get the local phone system to connect a call to surly airline employees. Not to worry; a quick e-mail to me will ensure that you have the best options for that side trip to Bali. Best of all, I won’t tell the boss.
