Meet, Plan, Go! – Portland

Travel is the whole point of this blog, and in my opinion there’s nothing better than long-term travel.  I never feel so free as when I shut my life down, sell or store my possessions, fill a backpack with necessities and hit the open road.

And as a travel expert, one of the most common questions people ask me is how do I do it?

• How do you quit your job (and find a new one when the trip is over?)
• How do you stay out for months at a time and still manage things like paying bills?
• How do you live on the road for six months or a year nonstop?
